Terms of Service

These terms explain the practical rules for using Innet Managed Secure Sandbox Runs during its beta period.

Last updated: June 2026
01

Service description

Innet is a managed sandbox run platform for testing project commands, setup scripts, AI-generated code, and build or test workflows. You can submit a run and review its logs, output summaries, and history in one workspace.

The beta may use a mock or safe managed runner. Real sandbox execution will be introduced gradually, and some commands, source types, or environments may not execute or may be unavailable.

02

Account responsibility

You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Keep access secure, do not share the account with anyone likely to misuse the service, and do not attempt to bypass quotas, account controls, or resource ownership checks.

03

Acceptable use

Use of Innet is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. You may only test systems and materials that you own or are authorized to use.

04

Beta limitations

During beta, Innet may rate-limit access, pause service, perform maintenance, change features, disable runners, limit uploads, logs, outputs, or runtime, and clear test data. Availability is best-effort and beta access may be changed or withdrawn.

05

User content

Files, commands, logs, and outputs you submit remain yours. Innet processes that content only as needed to provide the service, debug failures, prevent abuse, investigate security issues, and improve the beta experience.

06

Do not upload secrets

Do not upload secrets, API keys, passwords, private keys, production credentials, customer data, or sensitive personal data during beta.

07

No warranty

Innet is provided as a beta, best-effort service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, successful execution of every command, preservation of every file, or complete security. Test with non-sensitive material and keep your own backups.

08

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Innet is not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, lost profits, service interruption, or damage caused by relying on beta output. Your use of the service and any code you submit remains your responsibility.

09

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated through the website or dashboard when practical. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
