Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Innet collects during beta, how it is used, and what users should avoid uploading.

Last updated: June 2026
01

What we collect

  • Account email and Clerk user ID.
  • Plan, trial, subscription, and account status.
  • Project metadata, run names, submitted commands, source type, logs, and output summaries.
  • Uploaded-file metadata and usage records.
  • Administrative, abuse-prevention, and audit information.
  • Basic technical data such as IP address or user agent when provided by hosting infrastructure, plus error logs.
02

What not to upload

  • Passwords, API keys, access tokens, or private keys.
  • Production credentials or production secrets.
  • Regulated personal data or sensitive customer information.
  • Illegal material or data you are not authorized to process.
03

How we use data

  • Provide sandbox runs, logs, output summaries, and history.
  • Enforce trial, rate, storage, and runtime limits.
  • Detect abuse and investigate security events.
  • Debug errors and improve product reliability.
  • Communicate important service and beta updates.
04

Data sharing

Innet does not sell user data. Information may be shared with service providers only when necessary for authentication, infrastructure, hosting, support, or a future payment service. Clerk currently provides authentication. Paid billing is not yet enabled, so this policy does not claim an active payment provider.

05

Data retention

Retention varies during beta. See the Data Retention Policy for current targets and limitations.

06

Deletion requests

You may contact [email protected] to request account or data deletion. Some beta deletion requests may require manual processing.

07

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including managed authentication and backend ownership checks. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so do not use the beta to store secrets or sensitive production data.

08

Children

Innet is a developer tool and is not directed to children. Users must be legally able to accept the applicable terms in their location.

09

International users

Information may be processed in locations where Innet or its infrastructure providers operate. Those locations may have data-protection rules different from your own.
